I don’t know anyone who has done it. There were some built back in the day by a company called Oreville. They were three door. Here is an example:

Looks like you will need at least one extra cab if not two to make up the B-pillar. The B-pillar looks like a pillar from an original cab with no cab around it anymore. The top of the third door looks like it has the rear section of the window frame of the opposite side door. So if you do a three door you need another door from the opposite side. If you do a four door, you’ll need an extra set of doors. At the very least you’d need extra door skins to make up the extended cab section if you do a three door. It would be quite an undertaking, but a stunning truck. I agree with the person who posted it that the fender is too close to the cab, but the had limitations on length and the truck was built for utility, not looks.
