Guys and Gals,
I know this forum is for the old cars we all care about, and if the moderators choose to delete this post that's okay with me.
Most of us here are seventy or plus years of age, me, I am 77. The coronavirus is serious stuff, believe what we are seeing on TV. Take care of yourselves and those you care about. Do what you need to do stay well.
I'll get off my soapbox now and wish everyone reading this happiness and health. Good luck to all! Bill

Same to you Bill. My wife and I are self-confining ourselves to the house even though NH has only 65 cases so far. It's going to get a lot worse before it gets better...

It may be of some help if people from areas with outbreaks would stop driving 80-100 miles out of their area looking for toilet paper, which it seems like most stores are out of! I think this should be a lesson for all of us, as for what things will be like if something really bad were to happen!
I'm also over 70, am I worried, somewhat, but I'm also looking at it as no different than a bad flu season that also kills a lot of people. If I croak due to the virus, I can only hope the 66 finds a good home!
Wash hands and don't touch face, the virus can only enter the body only through the eyes, nose, and mouth, that info. is out there, listen to it.

During these hard times the posting rules will become much more relaxed. I hope everyone feels free to share their feelings with all the other folks here.

Yeah I can't understand this toilet paper obsession
I mean the tub and shower is right next to the toilet which is just the ticket for a situation that no amount of toilet paper can resolve
I'd rather have dish soap, laundry detergent, body soap and shampoo and toothpaste
Take care and stay healthy everybody

My Biscayne has been 'social distanced' for the past 3 months. I think now is a good time to take her out and just cruise.

I am 52 with family of 4. This worries me also. I am a refrigeration mechanic so I have some work yet. But dont like going into these stores. My family wont make it without me. I angers me sll this dodging of the situation. If everything could be froze for 3 weeks. I think we could get a good handle on this. Watching some news on companies working on this gives me a small amount of hope. Stay safe everyone. We can do this.

I was actually hoping to get time off to get my house ready to sell. But even body work falls under essential business since it is auto repair. I figured even with that we would run out of work with very few people out. But my boss had his buddy bring in his ‘65 Impala SS convertible for a complete redo and color change. Oh well.

Stay safe everyone.

Over here in New Zealand we are day two of four week lockdown.

Want to work on the Caprice, but working remotely from home at the moment.

Can't drive the Chevy as the trunk lid is off to tidy up some rust

The guy who owns the Impala is pulling it out of the shop. His wife has cancer all over and he’s not sure if he can afford to keep it. I did get the gravel pan, header panel and fender extensions done. Well the header panel is not completely done. I noticed a crack in the metal on the edge by the fender that I missed before.
