Thanks for that link. How the auto world has changed. Who would think pick ups and SUVs (yesterday's sort of station wagon) would replace dominant sellers like the Impala. Unless it comes back as an SUV or electric vehicle, the nameplate will likely remain dormant.

I guess personally if they were gonna disgrace the Impala name by attaching it to a suv or electric car I would rather they let the legendary name ride off into the sunset with a little dignity. Just my opinion.
