Due to some dents in the doors on my 2001 chevy silverado 1500 extended cab, I swapped the doors with my 1999 chevy silverado extended cab 1500. Now i have air leaking at the a pillar. Dosen't look like there are any adjustments you can make and both doors look the same. Should i swap the rubber seals around on both trucks or buy new. And which seals should i buy? Any help on this will be appreciated.

There are no adjustments on the hinges, but if there was damage to the door, it's possible the hinges were bent slightly. When I replaced the doors on my '07, the body man had to do some adjustments to the hinges, which required finding ways to get leverage to bend the hinges.
That said, it wouldn't hurt to swap the rubber from the other truck to see if the noise goes away.

Another thing to check is if the bushings are worn out. If you can grab the door and move it up and down without moving the truck, then it's worn out. There's Youtube videos on how to replace it. It's not that hard, but you do have to have a way to hold the door up while you remove the old one and put in the new one.
