2002 Trans Am convertible. Had the top replaced last year. After several trips back to the upholstery shop, the driver's side window still leaks. The leak is at the front where the roof rail weatherstrip meets the A-pillar weatherstrip. Never leaked before. Been through the shop manual and they don't address any adjustments ( that I can find). Not going back to that shop, if I cant get it adjusted, I will find another upholstery shop that can handle ragtops.

Problem identified. It wasn't a window adjustment. The forward edge of the roof rail weatherstrip is supposed to sit behind the rear edge of the A pillar weatherstrip. Mine wasnt and when the window closed, it pushed the weatherstripping apart and left a small gap. So tomorrow I will remove the roof rail weatherstrip and clean/inspect and if hasent taken a "set", then I will reinstall it correctly. If not then I will need to get a replacement roof rail weather strip. Want to be they only are available in pairs?

New Sofseal weatherstrip is on the way. Had to but a 4 piece set, but I think Sofseal is the right choice.
