I have replaced maf sensor but the code came back again. I'm looking for any suggestions to what to do or look at next

There is a TSB listed from GM that refers to that code.
04-06-04-047G (U.S. Only)
Type that into the search and it should come up.
It has to do with injectors sticking and or becoming restricted. If sticking they will be pushing too much fuel.
Another good possibility is the B1S1 o2 sensor.
Is there any drive-ability issues?

There wasn't any drive-ability issues. It turned out to be the alcohol the content was way off also
the fuel trim once adjusted all is well
