Hi guys,
I want to buy new trim rings for the rally wheels I have on the Bel Air. Code on the wheels (FW) says it's 15x7 for 71 and up any models but now how can I know for sure the model for the trim rings? They sells so many different models that I can't figure out wich one is the right one. 3'' deep, 2¼'', how do you get that measure? Thanks for the help, yeah I know, it may not be THE place to get my answer. But I guess any of you may know the answer.

Hi.
I have a 68 Impala with 14 inch rally wheels. I found a set of new stainless trim rings on ebay that fit and look nice. Not original, but look fine.
I just measured from the rim edge to the center to get the size.

I think these are the ones:

Good luck,
John

Here is finnaly an answer from someone at Classic Industries:

''The way you measure the depth is you have to lay the trim ring on a flat surface. You would then put a ruler or measuring tape on the inside of the trim on the flat surface going vertical and measure to the inner lip of the trim ring.''

Now I know how to measure theses rings.

The Trim ring should go all of the way to wheel disc. Meaning there should be NO GAP between the inside edge of the trim ring and wheel disc where the slots are located.
