i have a stock 1972 350 w stock rochester carb presently.
Now i told myself id just drive this car til it breaks but it is pretty slow. Any input fro you boys who have dealt with this ?

I'm not sure that I understand your question...
There are a bunch of variables that we don't know about.
Do you have dual exhaust...I'd do that first.
But, I don't think that there is an advantage going for a Q-jet to a Holley.
SMI does a good rebuild on a Q-jet.

poor performance could be anything. flat cam , tune up, low compression, carbononthevalves, exhaust restriction and so on.
70 L camino, grampa engine, g-force 5 spd, road rage suspension. Pray first before all else fails. |

i have a question now on brakes. i have stock power brakes disc in front drum in back i have to replace master cylinder what would be my best bet in terms of bore? also is there anything that i can do to make my brakes better without re doing everything. or converting to disc ?
