I have just finished installation of a full brake system on my 64 Biscayne. Despite multiple times power bleeding the system I am still having problems with a soft pedal. I converted the car to full power disks using your power booster/MC and big brake kits with all new lines. With the car off I barely build pressure and with the engine running the pedal goes to the floor with little effort. I bench bled the master prior to install and have no leaks. Could this master be faulty? Any info on a solution would be appreciated. Thanks

Sounds like the pin on the booster needs adjustment. Do a google search for adjusting power booster pin adjustment

I just installed a CPP Hydro-Boost system and had the same issue... The pin as supplied was 5/32" too short...
