2014 Sierra, 5.3, CC, max trailer package, auto tranny. Recently my radio has a different home screen. It used to show whether I was using AM, FM, or XM, now it does not. It used to show five pre-set stations at the bottom of the screen and it does not. 99% of the time I am using XM. To change stations now I have to use the manual station change knob. Nothing in the owners manual on this. Googling has found no solution. I did find one article similar to this and it stated that I may have a BCM problem. I don't want a BCM problem. Any ideas?

Sounds like a issue with the Head unit.
But it could be a datalink issue.
I would suggest disconnecting the battery for a minute to reset the system and see if it works again
Hold your finger on the very bottom of the screen and drag up. May have to do it several times to get it right. You might have inadvertently caused those items to be hidden. ergo full screen view

"elcamino" wins! I went out and swiped from the bottom to the top of the screen twice and the factory pre-sets appeared. I wonder if it could have been at the full service car wash when they maybe cleaned the screen and swiped from top to bottom? Thanks
