going from a 700 to a 200 trans . its an 85 ss . will the 7oo mount fit just by sliding it forward?i have read and heard from a few folks that after 84-85 there were holes for both. i do understand the 700 was never an option in that car.. just wondering so i wont have any surprises.. they also said there are 2 spots where the mount can move to on the the frame. car is in the paint shop and no way right now to look under it. any ideas are helpful .

I’m not positive, but if I remember correctly I think I remember elongating the slot in the crossmember to go from a TH350 to a 700R4 until I got a true dual exhaust crossmember later on and the TH350 and 200-4R are similar in mount location.
