I have stereo out and cut dash for new. How do you guys replace fan switch ? From under. Or take dash pad off fro top. Or does the whole f ing dash have to be pulled. Any practical advice please

Since the switch is toward the top of the dash, I would think it be easiest to pull the dash pad. There are about seven screws that have to be removed and then slide it towards front seat. Easy.
