Looking for a cruise control module for my hauler. My OEM # on the unit is RL 25169208 J. 1998 GMC 2500 5.7L. Can't find a usable unit anywhere. I am in Birmingham, Al. Any help is appreciated.

Hello.
I will look to see if I have one. It may take a few days just FYI.
I bought one to add cruise to my 90 5.7l but my TBI unit did not have the part on the linkage for the cable so I never went anywhere with it.
Otherwise only other thing is Ebay That I recommend

This a list of interchangeable parts from this link https://www.yoyopart.com/oem/14268724/gm-25169 208....
If your part # is on this list I think it will work
Cross Interchange Parts
Factory Number
CARDONE 34-5062
GM 25111708
GM 25140760
GM 25163330
GM 25315088
CHEVROLET 25315088
I have chased down a couple of them on ebay, etc., but they generally end up DOA. It looks like it is going to be long process since these are so old and so many went bad.
Thanks for the input.

If you're handy with a soldering iron, simply re-solder the joints (particularly the harness connector pins) on the circuit board in the cruise module. They crack and fail just like the wiper pulse boards, though I honestly haven't heard of it being wide spread like the wipers.
