Does anyone know if the floor mats for the 55-57 will fit the 53-54 Chevrolet cars? I was thinking of getting a set since I just put in new carpet in but I don't want carpeted floor mats. I know they aren't designed for it but if they basically fit, I may give them a try. Has anyone tried them before?

55/58 had overhead mounted clutch brake an gas pedals, probably require cutting holes for those items in the 54.

Thanks for the replies. I have power brakes so i would only have to deal with the gas pedal. I'm guessing it will be far enough right to get by with it.

Weather Tech Universal Fit, have a lot of places where you can trim them. Got mine at AZ.
