I would like to add at least 4-inches of ground clearance to my 2011 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 LS. What brand of suspension lift kit should I consider checking out? Preferably something affordable yet durable.

    In response to tergesto

I just installed a Rough Country 3 inch on my 14 Sierra. Went in like butter. Took me a day, start to finish and that was with new struts. The hardest part was when I first started, I noticed the upper ball joints were shot. I did not realize they were not serviceable...IE replaceable. I put it back together until I could get the upper control arm kit from Rough Country. Their customer service was the best. They overnighted them for $25...Had them the next day. They are in Tennessee, I believe, and I am in Jersey

I would recommend getting new upper control arms regardless of what lift you put in.

Good luck, and have fun.
