I was wondering if there were differences between the chassis of say a Delray to a longroof?

The chassis I replaced had the #2 body mounts (the pair right around the trans mount area)
The chassis I painted and am putting under my Delray does not have the #2 mounts.

No sign on the chassis that they were ever there or removed. I did cut out the mounts from my old chassis and will weld them on to the better chassis.

That no. 2 mount was for convertibles only. See assembly manual sect.1-sheet 20, notation above the title block: "Models 1767-1867". Other sheets showing the other body mounts: "Models 1000", indicating all models. That no. 2 mount bracket does not exist on my car either. Apparently this bracket was only welded onto some frames which would be used with convertible bodies.

Not sure why your existing frame has that bracket. That notation on sheet 20 does have a change symbol in front of it, so maybe in earlier production all frames received that bracket.

Thanks for the info.
Not sure why the original had it but at least I know I really don't have to weld them back onto the replacement.
