I agree, we need info. Is this factory or modified?
When you have many electrical system failures, always start at the battery and work your way out. Fusable links next, grounds and connections.
Get a test light on the cheap as this will help, but many are not comfortable with electrical. A digital Multi Meter (DMM) is a good investment for life, if you want to fix these types of issues your self.

There are lots of youtube videos to learn how to use your DMM and become good with it and what you are seeing.
Sorry, but I taught 6 different electrical classes for ACDelco, concluding with lab scopes. So, start simple and go with the basics. Voltage drop is important and the most useful procedure I used in the dealer every time I had an electrical issue. Confirm B+, Grounds and fuses. What works and what does not. Can be a simple ignition switch as a screwdriver on the starter may not be touching the right terminals. This is a spot that's hard to see.
Let us know!
