Do you happen to have a picture of the bracket?

what car/truck are you wanting to put it in?
I have one that I removed from a 68,C-10.
When originally made, they were for specific applications.
Mike.

Unfortunately, no, I don't have a good picture. From what I can tell, the bracket has tensioning pulley on it.

I'm looking to put it on a 57 car that has a 327. It needs to mount on the passenger side of the engine as the original generator and PS pump combo is on the driver's side. Can you post or email a picture of your bracket?

when I can find it again,I'll try it on my 57 and see if it will fit.
I think it will.
I don't remember an idler and the mounting base may be slotted for the adjustment.
I'll check this afternoon if I can.
Mike.

I did find it and put it on the 57 today. It fits fine.I have the idler for it as well as the upper brace to the intake. There's about 3/4" between the pump head and the battery. The ports point toward the firewall. The idler mounts on the drivers side of the water pump and intake. The pulleys I have mount on a 6-3/4" balancer.my engine is a 1975,350 and the mount hits the heater hose connection.Yours may be in a different location and it may not be a problem depending on the intake you're using.
I have the whole system from the 68 truck.all would work except the condenser-not sure about it and didn't check it for fit on the 57.
I can't post pics because I have photobucket and they won't let me.
If you want to send me your E-Mail thru private message,I'll try to send you the pictures.
Mike.
