Hello ! When you move the central controller of the power switch up an and down , does front and rear of the bench seat need to go up and down in a same way ?

It does,but only if the front or rear control motor isn't already all the way up or down.
Say you raise the front all the way up,then the center control will only raise the rear to match.And vise/versa.
That's the way mine works!
