I would consider trading a complete set of '89 Caprice wire-wheel covers, with attaching hardware and 'key'... for a set of the low-line stock '89 wheel covers.

I reside about twelve miles NorthEast of Providence, R. I., just over the Mass. border. If you're within reasonable driving distance, maybe we could make a deal.
