Greetings all,I see some 1955s with the "CHEVROLET"chrome script on the front fender above the fender crease. What cars/options did you have to order to get this particular emblem? Are they just extra "EYEGLOSS"?Whats the scoop?Ive seen these emblems on 6 cyl cars and V8 cars. Thanks

Hey Faulty.

The chrome "Chevrolet" script was standard on the 210 trim level, the middle trim level between 150 (lowest) and Bel Air (highest).

There were a number of trim differences between each of the trim levels.

This script is available new from just about every supplier of trifive Chevy parts.

150s and 210s had the Chevrolet script on the fenders. Bel Airs had the Bel Air script on the quarters and had no CHEVROLET script on the fenders.

Link to script one 150 and 210.
