I am wanting to run a brush all the way down the oil return galley that starts in the cylinder heads on my 350 engine however the array of sizes is baffling! What size will do the job?

It's all good. mostly

There is no "oil return galley". There is a simple hole at the end of each head, and it is quite short in length. So the hole you see is the size you need to fit. The hole connects to the block valley area where the lifters are - big volume.

Thanks Rick yes, I see that now!
Guess my oil control is ok - it's just a leaky valve cover gasket. I had concerns that the hole was plugged and loading up under the valve cover.

It's all good. mostly
