So my turn signal works for left and right. When I go to turn it off on the right it still stays on. also the cancelling cam isn't working and makes a bunch of clicking sounds like it's trying to cancel when I make a U turn.
Can I adjust it without taking the whole steering wheel apart?

In order to get to the mechanism to do anything the steering wheel will have to come off so the horn stuff will have to be removed as well

Nothing short of a pain these things. It seems the turn signal system in general on these cars is not incredibly reliable from what I am seeing.
