Hey guys I need to remove my fuel tank sending unit. I believe that gas needs to be below the sending unit before I can remove it. How much gas needs to be drained or used before I can remove the sending unit?
Thanks

It needs to half full or less. Capacity is 16 gal. so if you don't know how much is in it now try to drain about 9 gal. or so.

1960 Impala Spt. Cpe. Now in my son's garage
