If that "split window" C4 in the preview thumbnail was gonna be the '83, no wonder they canned it!

That show was a real waste of time. It included all the worst elements of car/build shows. It had a ridiculously short and arbitrary build schedule. Some of the "judges" were not really Corvette guys. There was a lot of artificial drama by the folks who worked on the build. Also, despite repeating multiple times during the show that Chevrolet did not build any 1983 Corvettes (which is true, there were no PRODUCTION 1983 Corvettes), at the last minute it was revealed that there were many prototypes made, of which all were destroyed except for one, which is at the Corvette Museum in Bowling Green KY.

That's an hour of my life I won't get back. LOL

Just finished watching the program, missed it the other evening. What a waste, I stayed with it hoping to see something of value but time was not well spent. AT nearly 86 years old I need to make better use of my time!

I missed it also and was going to find it on the firestick. Now after reading this I wont get in a hurry to see it. If it was as bad as the "Battle of the 80s" last night I may skip it!

Nothing wrong with the "customized Vette{" idea but that is not what the title to the program indicated. As far as informing us about the 83 it was a story about customizing and existing car. Not what I tuned in to watch.
