All new wiring front to rear. When left turn signal is activated both indicators flash as if they are an emergency flasher. Right turn signal, when activated, works properly.
When brake pedal is depressed both the dash and center console lights come on. Can not figure out what is going on. Not too long ago everything was working properly. Can not remember doing anything to cause this gremlin to pop up. Have talked to American Autowire and they had me change the steering column wiring, did that with no results, same problem. Have checked ground wire going to console and re-did to make sure good contact.
Have LED lights throughout the car. Am wondering if the new flasher, has gone bad. Is specifically for LED, with a ground wire. Could this be the problem? Please help - causing me to lose what little hair I have left.

Is your wiring completely stock?

LEDs and flashers don't get along well. The flasher depends on the current draw of the bulb to flash. LEDs do not draw much current, so they often cause the flasher to flash quickly or not at all.

A quick test would be to put the incandescent bulbs back in the tail lights and test again.
