Hey guys I cleaned up the contacts for the tank and when I turn on the ignition the needle moves just a little bit. I have a full tank but the needle won't go past empty. Any ideas?
Thanks

The float may be cracked and filled with fuel.

Fellow member "raycow" posted this test for me for a fuel gage question. Ray has since passed away, RIP fellow member, and with his passing everyone has lost an unmeasurable amount of knowledge. If you have a full tank according to Ray, you should have a reading of something around 30 ohms. Here's the link: https://www.chevytalk.org/fusionbb/showpost.php?po...
