Do any of you guys have 1930s era Chevy pickups? Mine is a '36 and I've had it since 1965.

Thanks for that nice compliment Tony. I’ve really benefited from adopting that ’36 when I was a 20 year old college kid. It gave me a reason to learn a lot of mechanical stuff, wood working to make the cab frame, metal straightening without bondo and painting.

Its garage mate is a sbc powered '32 Ford roadster. Because I have both a street rod and a restored antique I read your forum with interest. My wife and I try to do a picnic lunch at a local park once a week, alternating between the ’36 and the roadster weather permitting.

If there are any others on the forum with vintage tin like my ’36 I’d like to meet them.
