Hey gang, another question. My 73 idles nice, then when I turn the light son it drops in rpms...any ides what is causing this??

Load on the generator or alternator.

Load on the alternator, but also check your grounds and battery cable. If your headlights are stock, the drop in RPM shouldn't be noticeable, unless you set your idle below factory specifications.
