I was talking to a few people about this and there are varied opinions.

Some people say, that if they could, they'd have a long one.

My own daughter told me that she wanted a long one.

I have a short one, and have always had a short one.

I asked my wife, she said that she preferred a short one, and that long ones were for old men , and that short ones were cool.

BTW, talking about truck beds, which do you like?

Talk about innuendo; in case you did't know, "innuendo", is the directions on a box of Italian made suppositories. And with that, I'm outa' here!

You have to admit though, there are short and very short. Anything under 6'4" is very short. Only Ram I think still has short ones. The other two domestics are very shorty.

Shorty for me....I can always lay the tailgate down if I need the extra length. Very seldom ever do.

Pick-ups Long.

1-Ton DRW Chassis's Short.

With my Pick-ups I'm not afraid to work them a little. Not only do I like the look of them, they sure haul a better load.

Always loved a long bed truck, in any configuration. Regular cab, extended, crew.....always want a long box behind it!

To me with a single cab the long bed looks like an after thought. With a dual cab the long bed looks natural.

It would be a short one for me. I have two short bed Chevy trucks.

The older I get, the more dangerous, I am !!!!

I have only had one short bed. For most any kind of work it was kind of worthless. All my others have been long beds and for me personally they work the best. As for the best looking truck I like a 1965 Chevy Short bed custom cab.
