Hi all. Has anyone used the Schafer # 73050 exhaust. Turbo mufflers 2 1/2" all the way back. Any droaning noise in the interior or fittment issues? Tks. Doug

Not familiar with that particular setup but I have used turbo mufflers on a lot of vehicles over the years including my current '53 Chevy Sport Coupe and have never had a droaning problem with them...

I used turbo mufflers on my 73 GMC 3/4 ton with a custom dual exhaust. They sounded good. On a 58-64 Chevrolet, I believe that 2 1/2 tail pipes could cause a clearance issue. My 62 300 hp 327 with a stock system is a pretty tight fit.

Did the 327 300hp and 409 have 2 1/2” from exhaust manifold to front of muffler, then 2” out the back of muffler to the end of the tailpipe?
