Well, seeking education. I connected the new sending unit wire to the gas tank yesterday. And, plan to finish up install of under dash wiring tomorrow. From memory, I think this wire terminates on the gauge. Don’t I need to add a power source to make the needle move? Yes, will go find my wiring harness instructions, but wife won’t let me out after dark....

There is a second terminal on the gauge that needs power.
