I have the 2 piece deluxe steering wheel and can't for the life of me find out if the parts and horn button are correct. I have put in all new parts from the cam cancelling piece to the disc, cup, spring, etc. When I use a test wire from the cup to the steering shaft, horns work fine. But the horn button rides on a rubber grommet and has no play or way to ground to the cup. What am I missing?
Thanks

May I suggest that you look at the 55-57 forum as this topic is discussed frequently there.
