Any of you guys have any experience with interior kits from National Chevy. I’m sure the HC are better, but there is a huge difference in price.

I've only seen one and was not impressed with the quality, nor the replication of original interior. My understanding is that they are supposed to have an old-style look, but not reproduce any particular model. This may have changed.

I suggest Ciadella Interiors. They are more than NCA, but worth it. Not as expensive as HC, however. CT members were offered a discount some years ago; I'm not sure if that is still the case.

I don't think you will be disappointed with the Ciadella interior.I bought my seat covers, carpet and door cards from them 3 years ago for my 54 and I am very happy with the authentic look and the quality.

I love that company and am glad that you decided to give them your business. Say hi to Gina!

Did you get a discount?

Do yourself a favor and really consider spending the extra money on the HC kit. My upolstery guy has had fits with the windlace portion of the kit.
It was so bad that I had to order a windlace kit from HC because of Ciadella's design of their windlace, it would not, nor ever fit properly. The door panels and seat covers were great, but the windlace kit was horrible. You get what you pay for. By the time the upolsterer is done, the labor it cost to install the interior on my 210 4door sedan will be more than the car is worth.

That's just not right! Some of the costs, relative to these cars, is just out-of-sight! I can't understand why some things are "reasonable", ans some things are completely "unreasonable". Have you contacted the seller and voiced your concerns, and what it cost for your installation? The queaking wheel gets the grease, as-they-say.

The seller had been contacted multiple times, however the upolsterer felt the windlace was not up to standards as it had to go back to the seller twice and it still was not installable. The rate for the upolsterer is $85.00 per hour.

Cheers,

Dave

I had bought an interior kit for an OT truck, and fought with it every step of the way. The door panels were TERRIBLE, and in order to fit them, I would have had to cut them up, or just accept the fact they would never fit correctly. The door panels are still sitting IN the box. Course I bought everything over the course of a few years, and now they won't take any of it back, or even stand behind their products. LMC Trucks, just in case anyone what's to know. I guess I should just buy a NEW truck, and forget about trying to keep the old stuff alive and working. And that, I really don't want to do. I like my "old" stuff! I am Butch/56sedandelivery.
