I have a 57 3100 that came from the factory with a 283 with the power pack option and a four speed hydramatic. The differential is a non-posi and I'd like to convert it to a posi but I don't want to convert it to a five lug. Any suggestions?

A 1957 3100 1/2 ton truck came with a 265 2 barrel engine only. It was a 283 block bored out to 3 3/4" rather than 3 7/8". Also had a lower horsepower rating than a cars 162 HP. The 265 truck engines were painted gray and not orange.
It did not have a "power pac" option.

I know what I have on the engine as I've mic'd the cylinders and have completed the engine rebuild including the power pac heads and the WCFB 4 bbl carburetor so, the question is not about the engine, it's about the differential. Any help there would be greatly appreciated.
