has anyone fitted this kit on to a 64 impala before?
https://www.summitracing.com/parts/rsd-fsc594dcd

Im having trouble lining up the brake booster rod to the pedal. The booster needs to go like 1/8 of an inch lower to line up to the pedal or drill a higher on the brake pedal for the rod to line up.

Anyone deal with this before? Some pics would be awesome

Call Right Stuff detailing in Ohio. They have excellent customer service.
I don't know why they would not help you even though you appear to have bought their disc brakes from Summit.

Others on this forum have had excellent service from Right Stuff.

I have a Right Stuff, 4 wheel set from them on my 62 SS 409 zinc plated rotors, red powder coated calipers. With a 7" booster.
they sent me free rear brake cables when the one with the kit was not long enough. My set was installed by a mechanic friend of mine about 10 years ago.

There should be two holes in the factory brake pedal the top one should line up. I cut off the rod as I recall to make it fit. My booster used the factory power brake mounting holes.

my brake pedal is at the top hole already and doesnt quite line up. the booster sits a tad bit high.
yes ive called before regarding other things to this brake set up on things like the rear brake calipers not lining up but it was just due to my rear axel so i had to make little modifications.
its been a frustrating instalation so far as parts have been missing but that was due to summit (waiting on parts now)
Im gonna get new brake lines now but am not too sure what to get as the set up has all changed from stock drum to now disc. Ill be calling cpp for that as i need couple other things also.
i got my bud to do some homework on how to install the borgeson power steering as im lost on that. The instructions that came with that are prob more for a pro as i need big pics and lots of illustrations lol

I think he means slot the holes so it will drop down some.

gotcha. dont think i wanna go that route just yet as there is really no room for the booster to drop any lower
