The fixed choke tube in my exhaust manifold is broken in two.

Has anyone ever replaced this tube

Is there a repro part available

You may have to drill the old one out, but try not to enlarge the hole. The new one has to fit tight in the manifold to prevent exhaust leaks. Link to manifold tube.

Get the replacement tube shown above before you start so you can see what you are dealing with.

Your original heat tube probably rusted in two. The remains can be driven out with the appropriate size drift punches or drilled out with the appropriate size drills. The top end is larger than the bottom end.

The top end is a larger diameter to accept the tube that goes to the carb choke housing. The top has a flared edge to keep it in place and from falling through. If the tube isn’t a tight fit you may want to flare the bottom end as well to seal leaks and hold it in.
