How do I keep PT conversations from expiring? There is a lot of great info on there I was hoping to keep as a reference for myself and to help others in the future.

Thanks

Shane

Thanks for that question. I'll keep this as a reference post.

The limit for a member is 60 days and for a Supporting Member is 3 years. We do that to keep the backend clean when people leave. We don't see the PTs and have no idea how big that part of the site is so its more of a housekeeping effort.
If a SM drops their support any PTs beyond 60 days are deleted at the next daily clean up. We send out notifications of expiring memberships 3 times before removing the status to make sure folks don't lose anything they want to keep.

I suggest you print them or copy them to an online site like Google Drive or something similar. That's why we create that message about them expiring.

For similar stuff like that I personally use Google drive and a collection of docs. I'm an Android guy so GD was the easiest to implement across all my device.

Happy with the help and support you got here?
