I am looking for feedback on Coker Tire's American Classic Bias Look Radial tires. https://www.cokertire.com/tires/american-classi c-b...

For those who have purchased and installed these tires, I am interested in:
Road feel, driveability
whitewalls yellowing
warranty issues
any other info you can provide, good or bad

TIA

Suggest you Google Coker Tire Complaints. I've seen complaints quite often.

I bought a set of Coker WW radials in 2012, but they weren't the bias look alike. About a year later the white wall started getting small bubbles in it. Last year after about 15,000 miles I got a vibration. After balancing the tires off the car, I took it to a old time on-car balance machine. When he put his machine up to the tire, to rotate it, it created a bubble under the thread where it separated. I replaced them with Diamondback WW's. Bill P. also had problems with Coaker tires on his 57 Corvette.

Gary and Don, thanks for your feedback.

I also had Cokers years ago, the whitewalls started yellowing almost immediately, but no other issues. When they got to be 10 years old I replaced them with Diamond Backs, which I like a lot, but they are now almost 9 years old and while they still look great and have lots of tread, I need to replace them to feel safe at highway speeds.

So I still need to find some good info from forum members here who have tried Coker's bias-look radials.

Iv'e been waiting a long time for Diamond Back to come up with a 14" Auburn bias look alike. They are offering a 15" and a 16" version and in our correspondence, it's claimed to be something they are diligently working on. Based on numerous reviews of the Coker, I'm going to continue to patiently bide my time and hope that the 14" will be available sometime in the near future. Check out DB'S website. If you are happy with your DB tires why not give then a try?
