I'm thinking I should plug the throttle body hole. I'm also welding the holes to battery tray since I am going to put the battery in the trunk. So are there any other holes I should get rid of since I'm going to a FI engine.

What's a throttle body hole? What are you using for a throttle pedal? Are you keeping the original wiper motor? Are you adding A/C? Are you using the original type firewall pad? Lots of holes you can get rid of if you want to smooth the firewall. Link to firewall holes.

Wow I'm impressed that is very nice, yes I'm trying to smooth it out as much as possible. I am going to add a/c, still trying to decide on the wiper motor. Moving the battery to trunk. Thank you for your response. Oh what I'm calling a throttle body hole is where the linkage goes thru the firewall to the gas pedal.

That will depend on the pedal you use. Some pedals use the original hole to mount the pedal and you drill another hole for the cable.
