Good Morning,
Can anyone help? This clip is in the cluster area where the dash harness would wrap around steering harness. Is this a ground if so for what? Or is it a clip for connectors? Thank you!

They usually use that type of clip at a place where and wire connector would be on a harness, (not a ground) the "barbed " part would slide into the black plastic connector and secure it ( in this case to the steering column brace, what that exact one is for I am not sure.

If you look at wires in the area of the clip with a connector, you could probably see where in belongs, it can slide back in if someone didn't pull it too hard and break the plastic connector.

It's not real clear, but the brown wire and black wire in the photo go into a connector without being plugged in, that "Could" possibly be the the connector

This is a picture with the entire harness removed.I agree it is a holder for the connects.

That is the one that slides into the half moon turn signal connector so that you can clip that connections up out of the way.
