Is there a method or measurement to determine if the correct 302 (Z28) frame and engine mounts were used on this car during the PO's "restoration"?

Thanks

paul

Try here David Pozzi's great site.

And fwiw, I ran my ripped apart OEM 6-banger rubber mounts that were under my 350SS engine by drilling them for a 3/8" Grade-8 bolt and then 45 degree countersinking the close side.

Suckers never came apart again after this little modification.

Also, they are the thinnest if you need a skosh of hood clearance. I bought new ones from Summit for cheap and have them in my bedroom.
