Hello again.
I'm debating whether to install automatic brake adjustors now since I'll have to remove much of brake hardware to install new emergency cables.

My question is what exactly is needed to do this? Most kits include all the springs, some with pads.i just put new everything last spring.

So do I have to replace it all again?

Any thoughts are appreciated.
Thanks
Mark

I did this a few years ago. Purchased the required items at my local Napa.
As I recall any full size Chev from 64 up has self adjust brakes. I think Napa has these items in a kit.
Here is the kit

Dont think anything else is required but seems to me I had to trim the backing plate on on side since the adjusters on one side are reversed.
There is a post about this somewhere in the sites history.
