does anyone make a replacement for the rear underseat rubber mat?
if not, what have you done for something to cover the metal floor?

Just a FYI. Each year of rear underseat mat had a different texture, plus Chevrolet offered a replacement mat until around 1960 which had a different texture than those originally installed. So there were four textures used by Chevrolet.
The reproduction mat that was offered (not sure it's still available) wasn't as long, front to back, as the originals. Originals went down onto the rear seat well vertical surface and up onto the vertical surface between the cargo deck and underseat floor.
