Putting my Restored Black on Black '70 Monte Carlo up for sale as I said I would this Spring. This car was restored to Barrett Jackson Quality. Look down the sides of this car and it is straight as a arrow. Been in storage for the last 7-8 years and started on occasion so not many miles have been put on it since restoration. Restoration was a body off frame Resto. The frame was painted in Black Imron paint at the time and new body mounts installed. The car is a original 400 cube car and a brand new SB engine was installed during the late 70's. Since it was restored from the ground up I don't believe I even put on 1000 miles. Mostly driven to car shows and car cruises. The reason I haven't driven it more is because I own quite a few Collector Cars. I own 4 Corvettes and a Street Rod I built back during the early 90's right after the 70 Monte was restored. I also own 2 other Monte Carlo's unrestored a '87SS in my collection and a '88 LS. I also own a Camaro and Chevy Blazer in my collection so you can understand why I can't drive them all. My 42'x 60' Pole Barn is packed and I need some room. Asking $21,500 for my '70 Monte or best reasonable offer. I put over $30k into this car. Basically it is a Turn-Key car but I found 2 flaws in the car while sitting in storage. One in the Show Chrome rear bumper. Front Show Chrome Bumper is perfect and a flaw in the paint in the driver side quarter. I still have a full gallon of the Black Paint that the car was painted with that was kept inside at room temperature that goes with the car. It was never opened. My car is located in Somerset, NJ. 08873. Anyone interested let me know it is one hell of a looker and won plenty of Trophy's for the times I showed it.
