Hey guys i own a 2009 gmc savana van 2500 withthe 6.0 vortec but my ride is very stiff and bumpy does anybody know what kind of suspension i can use to make it smoother or better .

You paid a premium for the 2500 part. Do you need the 2500 part?

If yes, you get the bumps.

If no trade it in on a passenger van. You will probably get a newer 1500 version (if they make one) in a straight trade. It dosen't make sense to pay good money to overhaul the suspension and devalue the vehicle.

I have a 2500 Silvarado 4x4. If I want it to ride like a Caddy I just put a ton of weight in the box.

What kind of load rating are your tires and how much air is in them? A load range E will have a very stiff sidewall. If the van came from the factory with E's it probably specifies a tire pressure, like 80psi, assuming you're carrying heavy loads or towing. I would only run maybe somewhere around 45-55psi. I used to run lower than that on my truck, but found the front tires would wear funny.
