I purchased a new cpp steering box for the GN.
The line ports in the new cpp steering box are for flared line ends and the stock lines are saginaw type with o rings.

So now what?

This was suppose to be direct bolt in... If they need adapters how come they did not send some with the steering box? Thats kinda crappy...

Also I could not find a Buick section in the forum so I ended up here... Sorry if it's not the right place for this..

The gear box fits this and many applications. Most we sell them for will use a factory inverted flare hose. For original later year models like yours you need a inverted flare to O-ring adapter part # 500IOA
