What's a good way to remove wax on black trim? What is something good to apply on the trim once you get the wax off. Do they sell something good to use to keep it black? Thanks. Steve

You can try wax and grease remover (also sold as tar and bug remover). Try an inconspicuous spot to make sure it doesn't dull the trim too much. My boss said the stuff they advertise to rejuvenate black trim actually works very well to keep the trim black.

I realize this doesn't help you now, but you can also try taping off black trim before waxing. If you are like me, no matter how careful you are, you'll still manage to get wax on black trim. Way easier to keep it off than to remove it.

I have been using Mother's Back to Black, to remove the dried white wax. like next day. I also used Mother's tire cleaner on wax which has been on for a long time. put it on, rub a bit and wipe off with a different cloth. I use old terry cloth. dont rinse, or you make a mess of the fresh wax job.
