just installed knew master cylinder and power booster all knew lines, trying to bleed brakes and cant get pedal to go to the floor. when i open bleeders i get fluid but pedal is short of touching floor by 3-4 inchs

It sounds like you need to adjust the rod that goes to the booster.
Also when I added a booster to my '64 I had to use the second hole on the pedal arm.
