The rear windows are broken in my 1999 Suburban. They are the swing open/barn door style. Would like to salvage a pair and replace mine. I would really like to hear of the proper way to go about this. How do I break the seal between glass and truck and NOT tweak the glass? Gotta be a trick!!!

I don't know for sure, but I'd almost bet they are "glued" in with urethane. Putting glass in with a piece of string went away with the square body. You either have to cut it out and reglue it, or call a glass company like Safelite.
